79 Joan Melchior Kemperstraat 1

Through the shared stairwell, which has just been renovated by the homeowners’ association, you enter the apartment on the first floor. The hallway leads to all the rooms; at the rear of the apartment is the spacious living room with a dining area, where French doors open onto the balcony. There is plenty of space to turn this into a cozy, quiet spot. The kitchen could use some attention, but everything works well. The bathroom and separate toilet were renovated in 2021 and feature luxurious finishes. The bedroom, located at the front, is a good size and has room for a large wardrobe.
