That’s why we’re looking for you: an energetic and organized Office Manager who will serve as a source of calm and support for our team of five real estate agents and our full-time office staff member.

Your role

You are the backbone of the office. You make sure everything runs smoothly, from client relations to scheduling.

Responsibilities

What are you going to do?

In this multifaceted role:

You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly: from managing schedules and reviewing files to interacting with clients.

You will assist real estate agents in preparing sales files, appraisals, showings, and purchase agreements.

You’ll keep track of deadlines, communicate quickly with notaries, photographers, and clients, and ensure that all documents are prepared correctly and on time.

You maintain order, organization, and a positive atmosphere in the office.

You are the first point of contact for incoming customers, suppliers, and business partners.

You're organizing the group lunch—to foster a friendly atmosphere and team spirit.
