Q3 2019; Prices per square meter in Amsterdam Oud Zuid remain stable

Our data reports show that average prices per square meter in Amsterdam Oud Zuid have remained unchanged compared to the previous quarter. Oud Zuid is thus performing slightly better than other neighborhoods in Amsterdam within the Ring. The average price per square meter in Oud Zuid is now €7,558.

The various neighborhoods within Oud Zuid show significant differences. Prices per square meter vary widely, ranging from €6,872 in the Hoofddorpplein neighborhood to €8,815 in the Museumkwartier. The most expensive neighborhoods saw a slight decline in prices per square meter. In the Museumkwartier, for example, prices per square meter fell by 3.5% to €8,815, and in the Willemspark neighborhood, prices were €8,232 per square meter, representing a 2.5% decline. In the Hoofddorpplein neighborhood, prices per square meter rose by 4.4%.
