The average price per square meter in Amsterdam rose by 1% within the ring road and by 1.5% outside the ring road this quarter. On average, this amounts to €6,300 per square meter for Amsterdam as a whole. Within the ring road, the average has already exceeded €7,000 per square meter!

Equity

Most homeowners who have bought a home in recent years now have significant equity. According to a December 13 article in *Het Parool*, 13% of homeowners even have equity of at least €200,000!
